The staff at Mill Creek Dental work closely together as a team. Our number one priority is to excel at both clinical and interpersonal aspects of patient care. We will continue to aspire to be the best place for your dental care.

Dr. David Kavanagh

Dr. Kavanagh was raised in Long Island, New York.  He served in the U.S. Air Force after high school, and then went on to Temple University where he received his undergraduate degree.  He attended the University of Washington School of Dentistry and received his D.D.S. in 1992.  He has been in private practice in Mill Creek since 1996.  He is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, Snohomish County Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of General Practice Orthodontics and the Seattle Study Club.  His interests include coaching youth soccer and lacrosse, and playing lacrosse.  He is an avid brass musician playing in various community bands.  Dr. Kavanagh is married and has three children, 2 boys and 1 girl.

Boni

Boni has lived in the area for most of her life. Boni resides in the Woodinville area with her husband, four children and three grandchildren. She became a dental assistant in her early 20’s and is now a Patient Coordinator.  Boni loves her job and enjoys coming to work. Boni started working for Dr. Kavanagh in 1999.

Valery

Valery has been a practicing dental assistant for 16 years.  She has worked for Dr. Kavanagh since 2000.  Valery has grown up in the Kenmore area and currently resides in the Bothell/Canyon Park area with her husband and two children.

Julie

Julie has been a dental assistant since 1978.  She has worked for Dr. Kavanagh for 13 years.  Julie was born and raised in Everett.  She has lived in Lake Stevens for the last 23 years with her husband and 2 children.

Sheryl

Sheryl has been practicing dental hygiene for the last seven years.  She has worked for Dr. Kavanagh for the past six years.  Sheryl lives in Granite Falls with her husband, her 4 Chihuahuas and 3 cats.  She enjoys running, rowing and scrapbooking.

Kathy

Kathy has lived in the Northwest most of her life.  Her career as a Dental Front Desk/Financial Coordinator began approximately 20 years ago.  She has worked for Dr. Kavanagh since 1999.  She loves her job, patients and all of the staff.  She lives in Marysville with her husband, 2 daughters, 2 dogs and 2 birds.

Jennifer

Jennifer received her BS from Eastern Washington University.  She has worked in the dental field for eleven years.  Jennifer has been a hygienist for the last six years.  She utilizes and enjoys working with the latest technology for advanced patient comfort and care.  She ultimately enjoys spending time with her husband and young son Wyatt.
